As a result, the teenager was handed a first ever Premier League start by Unai Emery, a decision that had plenty of Arsenal fans on Twitter talking.
One fan said that Emery’s decision will “lift the crowd” and also show the academy players that there is a pathway into the first-team, while another simply said that Saka fully deserves his opportunity.
