Loads of Newcastle fans have been discussing the impending exit of Achraf Lazaar, and they all agree the full back should be given a fair chance in the first team.
According to The Chronicle, Newcastle are still actively shopping Lazaar around after his move to Genoa fell through.
The Moroccan international looked all set for a loan move to Serie A, but the Magpies are now looking for a new buyer after Genoa pulled out of the deal.
Many fans feel the full back should be given a chance on Tyneside though, especially given the injury scare for DeAndre Yedlin.
While Yedlin’s injury is not as serious as first feared, Javier Manquillo’s poor performance against Cardiff showed exactly how thin the squad depth is, especially in defence.

Lazaar is can play on either flank, but has made just four league appearances since joining the Magpies in 2016.
It does seem slightly bizarre that Rafael Benitez is willing to dump a 17-cap international and opt instead for the struggling Manquillo, and fans all think it’s a mistake.
