Football fans have expressed their anger on Twitter after Manchester United were once again added to the TV schedule for the fifth-round coverage of the FA Cup.
The Red Devils’ clash away to Blackburn Rovers on Sunday, February 19 will be the club’s 56th consecutive FA Cup match that has been televised.
The North-West outfit are the current holders of the trophy, but some people are unhappy by how often they get airtime in this competition, particularly as plenty of United’s meetings have been one-sided.

The biggest draw of the fifth round does not involve United, but instead includes non-league side Sutton United, who will face Premier League heavyweights Arsenal on Monday, February 20.
That match will be broadcast live on BBC One, while United’s trip to Blackburn will be aired on BT Sport.
Three other Premier League clubs – Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Burnley – will have their respective ties shown on TV over that weekend.
Fans took to Twitter when the scheduling was announced, and the majority of them are angry by the preference shown to United.
